This project was commissioned in 2016 for the development of a site comprising of a shop with accommodation above into a number of flats.  The development required extension to the rear of the existing building.  

Groundworks Archaeology was commissioned by McAleere and Rushe to undertake an archaeological evaluation in Nottingham in response to a planning condition for the construction of student accommodation.

This project was commissioned in 2017 for the development of a surface car park located in the city centre into a multi-storey car park.  The development site is located close to the cathedral and other significant historic buildings in the city centre.

Groundworks Archaeology was commissioned by a private individual who wanted to build an extension to their exiting property to undertake a desk-based assessment.
